Over the past decade as a travel consultant, I received training from American Express, renowned for its top-tier service, which instilled in me a strong emphasis on attention to detail. During my time with American Express, I travelled to over 30 cities and stayed in more than 50 luxury hotels. My focus on serving the highest-level members—Platinum and Centurion cardholders—meant that I had to ensure the hotels I recommended not only offered exceptional accommodation and dining experiences but also met the highest standards of service quality and meticulous attention to detail.
